in authentic British-style microbrews. Under the expert hand of brewmaster
Charlie Sturdevant, we feature several selections, one or more
of which is likely to capture your affection. Availability changes from
time to time, so be sure to ask your server for the latest.
"The Mouser" Pilsner
Smooth, medium-bodied, golden-colored lager, brewed in the Bohemian tradition.
The aroma of Szech Saaz hops, and the bitterness level is higher than
most of our beers, but nicely balanced. IBUs: 33, ABV: 4.85%.
Alley
Cat Brown
A true British brown ale, with malty balance and a slightly roasted flavor.
A very approachable dark beer. IBUs: 24, ABV: 4.8%
Arrogant Brit
An authentic British ESB that will fool even the noblest Englishman.
The use of imported Golding and Challenger hops in both kettle and fermenter
impart a true British flavor. Served at cellar temperature from the beer
engine.IBUs: 33; ABC 5.3%.
India Pale Ale
A perennial favorite, just the right amount of hops, exquisitely balanced
with maltiness..
Fat Cat
A British-style strong ale with a rich toffee flavor. Despite a high
bitterness level, this is a very malty eer. Served from the beer engine.
IBUs: 40, ABV: 7.25%.
Black Cat Stout
An opaque black, toasty, yet malty ale, brewed in the European style
- fuller bodied, and stronger, with rich flavors of coffee and caramel.
IBUs: 37, ABV: 6.15%.

A blend of? Well, check with your server on the latest.
Our beer is sold by the pint, $3.50 for the house beers, $4.00 for specialty
brews. You can take away our 64 oz. "Growler" full of your favorite
for $10, and have it refilled later for $8.

Our taps also hold Black Rasberry Mead ($4 a glass) from the Redstone
Meadery, and Woodchuck Hard Cider ($4 a pint) for that true British pub
experience, and we have a full selection of the finest Scotch whiskies
and mixed drinks for your pleasure.
